Metafora Coffee Table by Massimo & Lella Vignelli for Casigliani, 1970s. Square glass top resting on f our geometric shapes that form the base (inspired by the four forms of Euclidean geometry); a square, pyramid, cylinder and sphere - all constructed from white Carrara marble. The four elements are independent and can be positioned freely. Dimensions: 38.25"L x 38.25"W x 10.5"H In good vintage condition, minor chips on the pyramid and square marble bases. Please note the original glass top has been replaced - no chips to glass.
