Transat Lounge Chair by Eileen Gray for ECART International , 1980s. Black lacquered beech structure with an ajustable headrest, yellow leather upholstery, chrome joints and foot caps. This iconic design was inspired by the deckchairs used on ocean liner ships and was used on the terrace of Eileen's house E1027 at Roquebrune Cap Martin. In good vintage condition, chipping on wood.
